A: Yes, our services are open 24 hours a day although we do politely ask that you do not visit early hours of the morning or late at night.
2Q: Am I able to take my family member out for a meal?
A: Yes, you can take your family member out for a meal, we will always ask if you would like our staff to attend but if you do not wish for them to attend that is not a problem.
3Q: Can I decorate my room how I want to?
A: Yes, your room is your space and you are able to decorate this how you want to.
4Q: Do you have Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, each of our services has Wi-Fi, and where required boosters can be provided to ensure coverage.
