About Us
Blueberry Transitional Care is a provider of person-centered support, providing support and accommodations for individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and who may have additional needs.
We work in partnership with each individual, Family, and Social worker to ensure that Dignity and Respect are provided in every aspect of their support.
Our Philosophy
Is founded on Person-centered support. This is engrained on everything that we do and promote within each service, Every Single Day.
Our Services
We Provide Person-centered residential services for individuals aged 18-64 who have a diagnosis of a Learning Disability and who may have additional needs.
